3. User Conduct

Users agree to use the platform responsibly and not engage in any activity that could harm other users, delivery riders, or the platform itself. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate account termination.

4. Liability

Mitho Delivery acts as a platform connecting customers with restaurants. While we strive to maintain the highest quality standards, we are not directly responsible for the food preparation or the quality of food provided by partner restaurants.
